---------------Strategic Vehicles---------------

A not-quite-pure-code mutator by Missilemaster

Installation: Just extract the whole thing to your UT2004 folder and eveything should go to the right place. If not:
SpyPlaneTex.utx: Textures
Everything else: System

This entire mess is contained in a mutator, so just add "Strategic Vehicles" from the mutator list, set the
properties how you want them, and go have fun with this much less boring conversion of UT2004's vehicles!

This "little" mod contains two sets of things: the StorageRifle(s), and new, improved vehicles.
It is somewhat incomplete at this point; when I have time, the unfinished features will be put back
in, and most of the ClientMessages should be replaced by HUD text (which is much better).

---Storage Rifles---

Storage Rifle: This modified Shock Rifle is not a weapon at all; it is a tool for storing vehicles to be used later.
Simply shoot a vehicle to store it, then do a shock combo to recreate it. Some information about the vehicle,
mainly its name and health, will be displayed whenever you bring this weapon up. If enabled in the mutator, you
can also use it to "merge" vehicles together. A teammate will need te help you; stand a short distance apart
once you both have a vehicle stored, then launch shock balls ("Storage Spheres") at each other. Don't move,
and after a giant explosion, you will "catch" your teammate's Storage Sphere, and he will catch yours. Respawn
the vehicle and you may notice something odd about it...it now has a weapon from the other vehicle! Its old
weapon is, of course, now on the vehicle your teammate has stored. The names of both vehicles also get mixed
up by the merge; you can get some pretty silly names doing this. Not to mention silly vehicles. See if you can find
the combination that will get you a flying car...

Superb Storage Rifle: This greatly improved Storage Rifle can be set to replace superweapons. It can shoot much
farther and can steal enemy vehicles without needing to hijack them first. It also comes with a great vehicle already
stored: the Doubletank, and Goliath with 2 turrets! Just watch out for Raptors.

---Vehicles---

Flying Scorpion: For anyone who thinks, for whatever reason, the Scorpion isn't mobile enough already. Extend
the arms of this Scorpion while moving fast enough, and it will activate several jets and take off into the sky! Guide
it around with the mouse, and either close the blades or decelerate to land.

Infiltrator (Manta): The perfect vehicle for fans of zooming around squishing enemy foot soldiers...now you can
annoy the enemy even more by stealing their vehicles! It couldn't be much simpler, or dumber; just crash your
Infiltrator into an enemy vehicle and it will toss you into the driver's seat. If possible, it will also download itself
into your Storage Rifle ( if you have one ). And don't think a sneaky enemy will steal your Infiltrator for revenge,
because if one tries, he will be instantly skeletonized and chucked into the sky. But the most impressive, and
annoying ( which is good ) thing about this vehicle is that it can be used to get inside an enemy vehicle that is still
being driven by an enemy! The enemy driver will be locked in, unable to kick you out, while you kill off his
unsuspecting teammates. Not really much more powerful than a Manta, but great for causing multiple distractions
while your teammates take over the map.

Stealth Raptor: As you can probably guess, this is a Raptor that is able to cloak itself. Altfire toggles through normal
mode ( fully visible but can use plasma guns with Fire ), basic cloak mode ( partial cloak like the Invisible combo,
but Fire becomes the less useful rocket launcher ), and advanced cloak mode ( almost completely invisible, but
weapons don't work at all ). Bots will react pretty realistically to the cloak; you can fly right in front of them with
the advanced cloak on and they'll ignore you completely. Just remember that humans may notice the engine noise,
and can even see you if a lot of smoke appears nearby ( such as from a tank shell ). Obviously, this vehicle is
great for any kind of sneak attack. Try combining it with the Storage Rifle to safely transport more powerful
vehicles around the map.

Spacecraft Carrier (Goliath): An interesting modification of the Goliath that turns it into an armored, mobile
launchpad for space fighters. A third passenger slot has been added for the "launchpad"; just get in that slot
and press fire to launch yourself off in a space fighter. Keep in mind that it has a limited number of them!
( How many that is can be set in the mutator. )

SpaceBender (HellBender): This cornily named truck has the ability to teleport to a previously marked location.
Press fire to attempt to set a "warp node" at your current location ( it must be a stable spot, where all 4 wheels
are on the ground ), and press altfire while stopped ( in another stable spot ) to teleport back to it. Unless
"Two Way Warping" is turned off, it will set a warp node at its old location after warping, allowing you to
teleport back intead of driving back. If "Warp Surfing" is allowed ( also on by default ), players near a warping
Spacebender will be taken with it...and will take significant damage for not keeping their hands, or any other
body part for that matter, inside the Spacebender at all times.
